Susan Wilhite is a UX Researcher in the Industry Strategy and Marketing group working on business models and platforms. Her formative UX research has contributed to the development of healthcare services, productivity tools, and digital entertainment. She led the first NUI ethnographic research in 2004 on what is now called Microsoft Pixel Sense, and speaks periodically about UX research for startups. Susan completed her Anthropology BA at the University of New Mexico, and Anthropology MA at UCLA. She blogs about (mostly indie-esque) film, won on NPR’s “Wait, Wait Don’t Tell Me!”, and is crafting a hiking trail and zip line in her forested back acre.
