John Schrag has been designing software tools for designers for more than 20 years. Specializing in interface design for artistic users with open-ended tasks, John has helped create 3d graphics tools for graphic artists, typographers, industrial designers, automotive stylists, animators, filmmakers, sculptors, and architects. He has presented at UPA and SIGGRAPH on the design of interactive 3d UI, user research methodologies and formative testing. In spite of his strong belief in the value of good design practice, John does not own a black turtleneck.
