Allen Bai is a User Experience designer in the Digital, Lifecycle and Simulation division of Autodesk in Shanghai, and he is now working on the Autodesk Inventor product. He joined Autodesk as a QA engineer about 6 years ago and was involved in the ACRD DLS UX Designer incubation program from 2009 to 2011. He showed good design potential and great interest in a UX designer career. He also won the 1st prize in the Incubation FY12 competition event. Allen holds a Master degree in Mechanical Engineering from Xi’an Jiaotong University. In his leisure time, he likes travelling, movies and reading. He is also interested in national art, such as traditional Chinese opera, folk culture, etc.
