Desiree and John, thank you so much for these great resources. Just joined my first scrum team, and would like to work in parallel to the developers, work ahead of the sprint, etc. I'm curious, do you recommend accounting for research during a sprint? Is it appropriate to estimate work that needs to be done during each iteration for usability testing? Or does that happen outside the sprint?
Thanks so much!
Jill
