Here’s a compilation of insights that I gathered from colleagues and friends put together as a Pecha Kucha style presentation. I originally put this together as part of a lecture for a design planning workshop at the Institute of Design—tried to share some real-world insights around why user centered design is important, how to gain support, and various tips and tricks offered up by professionals in the field.
